Floodlit League 2024
The Frome PS (Park/Selwood) Charity Floodlit team which competes in the Charity Floodlit League consists of 5 Men's Triples and is made up of 7 players from Frome Selwood BC and 8 players from Frome Park BC. The 2023 very entertaining final was won, once again by Frome PS with a 97 shots to 68 result over Purnell.
All proceeds from these matches are donated to local charities in the Frome , Radstock, Midsomer Norton & Paulton area and the benficiary is decided by the participating teams annually. The total amount raised for the charity Swallow was £1,553.70. SWALLOW is a charity that enables teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as they wish and enjoy life more fully and celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2023.
